PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a meeting of
the Board of Education of Imlay City Schools, Lapeer County, MI.
June 22, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.

At said meeting, the Board of Education will consider for approval its proposed State Aid Note (General Obligation - Limited Tax). The proposed State Aid Note (General Obligation - Limited Tax), if issued, will contain the limited tax full faith and credit pledge of Imlay City Schools, Lapeer County Michigan.

This meeting will be held electronically via Zoom according to Executive Order 2020-179 which suspends in-person meetings through July 31, 2020. The live link to join the meeting will be posted on this page prior to the meeting.

Public comments may be made during the public portion of the meeting
or by emailing the superintendent at
or the Board Secretary at by 6:59 p.m. on June 22, 2020.

Upon request to the Superintendent, the District shall make
reasonable accommodation for a disabled person to be able to participate in the meeting.
